- Swim: 0.6 miles — Lake swim with an approximate 6 second interval seeded start.
- Bike: 15 miles — Loop around lake with some rolling hills but no hard climbs.
- Run: 4 miles — Out and back with rolling hills
The course shown below is the bike course which has been used most of the time that Mach Tenn has been a sprint distance race. The final version of the bike course will be determined later in January.
