Course Description

  • Swim:  0.6 miles — Lake swim with an approximate 6 second interval seeded start.
  • Bike:  16 miles — Loop road course with some rolling hills but no hard climbs.
  • Run:  4 miles — Out and back with rolling hills

Bike Course

The course shown below is the bike course which has been used most of the time that Mach Tenn has been a sprint distance race. The final version of the bike course will be determined later in January.
